I've read many of your posts which show that you twist in the mud just as much as any other: #reply-7809273 I'm not here to defend anyone, {especially those that can defend themselfs} But this is what the mandate of the thread says: "The purpose of this thread is very simple: To monitor/analyze those factors affecting the price of gold, long-term, short-term, and in-between, and to determine where we currently stand in relation to those factors. Comments on the rest of the precious metals complex are also encouraged, as is technical analyses. Please do not seek or give recommendations or advice on individual stocks. I hope this thread will prove to be a valuable exchange of information, ideas, and insight. " Sorry that so many here seem to think it's a cheering thread. And that the like minded people should go elsewhere. But the truth is that talk of anything can and does get here, because anyone can justify it's relations to gold.

Lorne, Great!! I'll play the martyr here. Street is choosing to use this thread to personally attack me. I didn't start this, he did. I don't attack people unless they attack me first. It takes two to tango, Lorne. I posed dissenting perspectives out here and I'm personally attacked by Street and Ole 49r. If that's how this thread works, then it isn't worth having. It will be a place of one-sided bias and no intellectual discourse. Don't you dare just point me out as a destructive element on this thread. I'm the one trying to get some folks to think about alternative perspectives on gold and getting attacked for it. This thread isn't a monitor. It's a cheer-leading forum for gold opposed to any open discussion of the factors that are influencing it. Regards, Ron
