Thanks Chris. It's important for us simple scalpers and daytraders of the S&P. It kicks up my s/t trend signals, which cannot be done with the time and sales unless I download it into a database. I don't have the time to do that. The charts are critical.

Chris: This just is not acceptable. For the last few days your service has been a disaster. I am sure it is not your "fault" ... but as a day trader, if I cannot rely on my feed, I am out of business. We need to know what went wrong, and what we can expect in the future, in order to make a business decision as to whether or not we continue to use QCharts as a supplier. What has happened this morning has cost me some real dollars (fortunately in lost opportunities, not lost revenue). Temple What the heck is going on?

Chris ... I think if a problem occurs ... and it obviously did ... then you should darned well assign someone in your organization to come onto this thread AND TELL US WHAT WE CAN EXPECT!!!!!! Anyone who hides from their customers during problems like this can only reduce their credibility to the point of non-existence. Even though the system appears to be back up now, what happened this morning is just plain unacceptable business practice! Temple
