Buying NWCM because This stock has principals that purchased over $4 million worth of shares at $10. It has a float of 1.6 mil and 25% of that is shorted!!! Its 52 week high is $17 and some folks feel it can go to $10/share.. The stock is NWCM and is trading at 1 1/32 x 1 1/8. MM

Is there any risk that there application gets denied, or is this just a formality? I didn't realize this was a 45-60 day process. Is it better to wait until closer to the actual listing date to re-enter this "flying turd"? Mr. Pink, what do you think?
