Michael: OK I'll watch. It sounds like you think that CPQ and DELL can't go up in tandem - its one or the other. Yet when DELL went down on Friday so did CPQ. Not much transference there.

Michael, Hope you are right, but so far the market has been treating the techs the same. Seems the market will say that PC sales profits are soft. Compaq will probably ride down with the rest, hopefully at a slower rate. Now if Compaq would make some noise that sales are still up and throw some breaks to its investors, then we could see some separation from Dell! Otherwise it will take a few good quarters to get to 99. IMHO there will be ho hum today like you say. Tomorrow will depend on what Dell reports at market close.
