OK, I'll be the first to say it, probably better coming from me than a GARBAGEMAN or something. OK, the press release did not state whether they were applying for the National Market. Now, that does not mean they are not, however if they were you would think that it would have been mentioned. My spin on it is this, all other requirements for the National market have probably been met. Now, the question is, with this announcement, maybe BII management (and market makers) are taking a calculated risk on achieving $7.36 over the next 30 to 60 days so that the last hurdle is overcome. Just some thoughts.
