Silly?

It's the quality of the components GTW uses. They are sub-par.

Perhaps you need to check out the Customer Satisfation Surveys for PC vendors (I think thestreet.com did one. GTW ranked last).

They do sell a lot of cheesy monitors .... Our office has had to return about 1 in 10 of them ...
