the SEC recently changed the statute lowering that limit to 1 year.

Unless the contract provides otherwise, correct?

1. If that's a "new standard contract" then why does it still say AZNT is a Utah Corporation?

I'm curious: do we think that Auntie has ever bothered to look at any of the documents we've posted? Or does he just turn to his well-thumbed script and reel out the same old lies time after time?

Here's something I find interesting, though: Self-Transfer Sylver appears to believe that stock is in some sense still "his" as long as he refuses to register it. It appears that the company is in fact claiming that they can cancel the Mann and Kricfalusi stock (and God knows how much else) simply because it "hasn't been registered", never mind that any possible restrictions have long since expired.
