I would tend to agree MKTW is overvalued for their existing business as is.

However, I expect them to announce some acquisitions soon, using their highly valued stock, which could expand their business significantly and add to the value of the company. Depending on the nature of these deals, the stock could hold up quite well. I wouldn't be a buyer or shorter at these prices, until I see the deals.
