There are two NASDAQ markets, the OTC (over the counter) and the National Market. The OTC is NOT a good market to be trading in, too much in favour of the market makers. The National Market is where you need to be. I sure hope they make it there!

The Nasdaq Stock Market has two tiers, the Nasdaq National Market and the Nasdaq SmallCap Market. Each tier has its own set of financial requirements that a company must meet to list its securities. In addition, all listed companies are required to meet certain standards of corporate governance. Finally, each market tier has a set of minimum financial requirements that a company must meet for continued listing.

Companies desparately want to be on the National Market tier. BII won't come close to realizing its full potential unless and until it gets to National Market.
