mail from OSCR:

The recipient of the free iMac computer will agree to:

1. To shop each month in four different shops within our mall, at the
minimum sum of $25 in each store. At the end of a month in which
no purchases were made, the customer will be
charged $39 for the monthly rental cost of the iMac computer.
Should there be no purchases made again the following month (two
consecutive months) it is at the discretion of the company to
terminate the deal.
The recipient of the iMac will then be charged the $39 monthly
leasing fee for the iMac by the billing company, for the rest of the
period of 30 months. This fee will not be reduced even if purchases
are made thereafter.
