Paul, My error. I read unregistered and thought unrestricted. Based on release, the price appears to be $2.61 a share and a 20% discount would imply a market price of 3.269. I've looked at my charts and don't see any period of time when you could have purchased stock at that price. Maybe it got that low for five minutes in that spike down in late December. If that is the case, and that is when the deal priced, then the word manipulation comes to mind. Ed
