CHRZ CONFERENCE CALL
CHRZ is attempting to reposition itself for post 2000 opportunities. In 1999 Y2K will drop from 20% of revenue in the 4th quarter of 1998 to less than 10%.The market appears to have negatively reacted to the forecasted drop of 2% in operating margins due mostly to a drop in gross margins. One analyst projected a possible 1.50 EPS including share buyback. Revenue is expected to grow 25% in 1999. At 16$ CHRZ appears to be a good value play.
