Nah, that happened a while ago and there was a big stink at the time. In fact, if ya want the details, just go to the 424B4 filing on Edgar:

Do a browser search for 'lock' and do some computations and you'll find out that 18,745,745 shares were subject to lock-up agreements for a period of 180 days from the date of the prospectus, which was June 6, 1998. IOW, the lock was sprung an 12/7/98.
