If I wanted money I would have filed a lawsuit a long time ago like Lewis Borsellino who got screwed out of his share of Archipelago and eventually settled. My motivation is that I spent a few extra months rehabbing a shattered hip socket and pelvis that was redamaged after the games that were played with me as a result of the principals of Chicago Trading and Arbitrage, whose profits funded Archipelago, who wanted me out of the way. I want to educate the shareholders of E-Trade that the due diligence was not done by their senior leadership, and let them figure out why wasn't it. I have posted dozens of messages about Archipelago mainly on the MB Trading thread and a few other messages on other day trading threads to make daytraders aware of what I know about Archipelago. These other posts are important to go through if customers of E-Trade are going to one day have their orders executed on Archipelago.
