I would not be overly concerned about Denison Bollay selling 10,000 shares as this is a very minor portion of his entire holdings. According to the last 10-KSB, he held 395,463 shares and had options (with a strike price of $2.72) for another 95,000 shares. Given the significant increase in share price over the last several months, I can certainly understand why he would want to monetize a portion of his position.
