Steve:

As you may know, NM has been in the process of changing its name and symbol to E4L, Inc. and ETV, respectively.

biz.yahoo.com

thestreet.com

The goal is to marry TV, radio and the internet. The emphasis is on the internet recently. Whether that translates eventually into making the percentage of sales that qualifies it for your index remains to be seen. The street.com buys it to the extent that the above link demonstrates that NM is in theirE-commerce Index but not their Internet Index.

As e-commerce is internet-related, NM is certainly internet-related now, but perhaps does not meet the technical definition of an internet stock. I am not trying to spam you about this company (I do own shares in it), but do want to present a more balanced view than "a TV infomercial company" despite what might be listed in old Yahoo company profiles.

Regards,

Howard
