Rumors of pre-package bankruptcy/reorgainization
with 'current' equity holders getting NOTHING..
Better leave the party while you can..

CNBC just said this company is filing for re-organization. That the buyout rumors are wholly untrue. That under the re-organization the principals in the company are only getting % of what they invested. Doesn't look to good guys.

Yea, Joe K. dug up some old comments by the company that it was not able to pay debt, and was considering reorganization. (see news story)

Disney news is on the way I am told or another suitor.

But buy out is coming?
