Hi! Pat, how and the hell are you... Just stoped by as I saw NPEC down. Thought there was news out or something. Say can you PM Lance the directions to the Silver Project that was never worked for what 3 years now. He wants to take a ride there. My source cannot make it. Also there was a deal with the county courthouse if you remember back. The file of a doc... Think now think. Can you check your source and see if it's up to date... want to bet? na that would be no fun.. I have some stock and need to go and have a lot of fun this afternoon.

Regards, God Bless....
Jim...

P.S. Don't stay away so long it's nice to see your name back with the truth and fact gang!

Pat, the fact is that NPEC is in a better position now, than it ever has been. Alot of people , in the past, bought this stock because it had, and still has, a 20 % interest in MDIN. Most have forgotten about the TeleCom division. And many , including yours truly, all but ignored the silver property. What we have now is : MDIN , which has had great news of its own. The silver mine, which I am currently following up a lead that a major silver producer is interested. And then of course the big gun, Telecom, with an existing customer base and in an expansion phase currently occuring. The most appealing factor is where this telecommunications division can infiltrate. I suggest , as described in last weeks posts from me, that having a telecommunications business in today's high tech enviorment , that there growth can be tremendous. ISP one of the most revenue producing factors. MAGGIE MEADE
