Don, thank you. YZ double counted "planned sales" shares and "sold" shares. Now on to my next lesson so I can get my high school equivelent certificate. <ggg>.

There is no double count in Insider sale. If you presume there is, then you are dead wrong. It is completely different from the NASDAQ trading volume, which is double counted. Do yourself a favor, go to Yahoo Insider, and click on any those insider's name, and take a careful look at it, after they file 144 (plan to sell) they never file another sale again.

Here is one example:
biz.yahoo.com

This is VP named SCHNEIDER JAMES M. He filed 5 144 bet. Sep. 98 to Jan. 99, and none of them were duplicated, and none of them were "sold". And don't tell me this guy only file 144 for fun and did not actually do the sale.

If you cann't even see this, then I think you might be brain damaged. I think a lot of Dell heads really are brain damaged<g>.
