The new guy.

Website updates are not automatic, it takes someone to actually do it and big companies are usually slower than others in this regard.

I have nothing against this new guy, I was just asking Goodboy if he knew that this guy wasn't let go in some way. I have been around business for many years and when execs move to smaller companies it is not usually because the opportunity was better.

Corky is clearly a great executive, let's hope this new guy makes a good partner with him.

Thanks for the link John.

Personally, I find this whole exchange to be so ludicrous as to almost be amusing. Big-name executives leave big-name companies for smaller opportunities all the time. Just one example, AT&T's CFO did it not so long ago himself, and he was thought to be a successor to the CEO spot there (before Armstrong came along). And new internet companies are taking well-experienced, higher-level people all the time. Can you say, "stock options" and "big growth opportunities"?

Smaller companies are great. After working at behemoths like IBM, Bell Labs and Sun, about six years ago I started working for small companies and have never looked back.

Give it up, Mr. Rent.
