I have no idea about the exact percentages. But my position is that from what I read in journals, hear from companies, as well as from my personal experience, it was most likely heavily balanced towards '98, so heavily as to make the '99 Y2K s/w budget a non-issue in draining resources from h/w budget in '99.

I think that I have explained this at least four times to you. Please let me know if you need further clarification in your effort to misquote my position.
