Re: dividends, we should remember that the insiders own a bunch of this stock, pay themselves largely through dividends, which aren't taxed for them. Correct me if I'm wrong this is my understanding from back in 1996 or so when I first looked at the company. If true, I doubt a cut, though I also doubt a special.
