Dwight,

From the proxy: Options related and vesting.

sec.gov

(17) Includes 114,167 shares subject to stock options exercisable within 60 days
of October 31, 1998, and 280,000 shares of restricted stock owned by Mr.
White which vested in August 1998. Effective August 18, 1997, Mr. White
resigned as Vice President and Chief Technical Officer, Agent Technology,
and was appointed Chief Technology Officer of the Company. As a result of
this change in Mr. White's duties and responsibilities, he is no longer an
executive officer of the Company.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Rose Glen Capital also did a private placement with Cybercash in January. The same scenario seems to be playing out there. You know, there was someone on this thread last summer who posted once and warned about these guys, Kaminsky and RGC. I dont know where the post is but I remember it. On the other hand, who knows what is going on.
I sure dont but am not too entralled with the volume.

<I think it is the required filing to "initial"-ize White as an insider. Those are the shares he got when he sold NeTalk to GM. If he files a Form 144, then get curious.>

There are 2 Dr. Whites at General Magic. James White, mentioned earlier was a long time employee who was very involved with agent technology.

Dr. George White is the telephoney/speech integration guy. He's the one who sold NeTalk to GMGC.

Regards,

Mark
