Hello Marty and All,

Great news today!

Marty, it does seem we are conglomerating, but the noun form might be a bit premature. I think we need to congeal a little more. But I love your enthusiasm; it's infectious. Hey, isn't infecting others against the Hypocratic oath you took?

I like this part, "...As senior partner [of I.Consulting Corp.], Hwang built I.Consulting into a multi-million dollar professional services organization that designed, developed and deployed sophisticated three-tiered web and e-commerce systems for clients." ... [Hwang said] [o]ure Division will also be providing e-commerce consulting and web design services for Teleservices' clients."

We certainly have evolved from the quasi-CD seller that was first envisioned. I like the synergy among the three divisions. We're able to offer multiple services to each client.

What, I wonder, is TSIG's relation, if any, with with Cohesive going forward? Anyone?

Another question: what does "three-tiered web system" refer to, i.e., what are the "tiers"?

It used to be I could buy shares and average down; my last two purchases, I've averaged up!

Regards, Tim
