Rule #1 for daytrader: Buy strong stock on pullback, sell weak stock on rally.


I am doing that. I sold some PAIR this AM but bought AOL close to the low for the day so far. I intend to exit AOL at 162 (the shares bought today) as a day trade if it gets back there. One may say AOL is not a strong stock but I differ there. I own WDC and QNTM. Not sure that is wise at the moment.
