What if the aliens were vegetarians, and decided to toast the health nuts with death rays for suggesting that they contaminate their bodies with hypersaturated levels of contaminated animal fats? Or, better, if they were carnivores that had been placed on strict low-fat diets, and decided to scoop in the staff of the health club as field rations? A sea of possibilities... A tropical sea...
