I agree that it does bode well for the future. At least it looks that way.

But, right now the buyers don't seem to be supporting that thought to any great extent. After all, this IS just an announcement of a relationship. Perhaps there will need to be fruits of the relationship (ie: contracts) announced prior to the positive impact on the stock? I'd like to buy back in, but will wait a bit longer to make sure the market agrees with the sentiment here on the thread.
