Bids and asks are quoted in 100's so, unless I am mistaken, 100 x 13 7/8 means there are offers to buy up to 10,000 shares @ $13 7/8.

Vol price means the sales history for the day in hundreds of shares. 200 X 16 1/4 would mean that 20,000 shares sold today @ that price.

But what do I know,

I told you wrong on the Vol Price. I am not sure what those #'s mean.
