AJBerger, as you begged for an answer who the greater krooks are I would say, if they are all krooks, then NAVR is worse.

Ie, how many times does it need until the dubest sheep is shorn. Navr delivered... the fourth or fifth time I believe (starting back in June, when the "selling shareholders" sold their 2 5/8" shares into the very first NetRadio hype).

Since, NAVR repeatedly announced something with Netradio, even on CNBC, if you remember but it never materialized, ..till now

Yet the 10-Q is filed, it shows an even bigger loss for the quarter.

And the share count has risen sharply. Guys, folks...

COMMON STOCK, NO PAR VALUE - 13,487,880 SHARES AS OF OCTOBER 31, 1998
COMMON STOCK, NO PAR VALUE - 23,053,120 SHARES AS OF JANUARY 31, 1999

Everything seems to have been converted, the share count increased by 10 Millions between Oct 31 1998 and Jan 31 1999.
