Starting to twitch at 3.5, but then read your note.
IMHO the recent introduction of new version (V?) may boost $, but when? Up until now they have slipstreamed Oracle.
Bought ASTEA software (complimentary?!) and I suspect IMHO that European sales could come in first.
Any ideas?
