bgr, great answer, but nobody asked that question. if losing market share q3-q4 is seasonal then by definition, it happens during seasonal parts of the year. dell didn't lose market share q3-q4 for the past few years SO IT ISN'T SEASONAL. IT IS A NEW TREND. NOT A GOOD ONE EITHER. EMPHASIS B/C SOME FOLKS HAVE A HARD TIME GRASPING THE OBVIOUS. i understand that you have tried to not address this issue - in fact - you changed issues. so has chuz. why? you were WRONG.
