Why all the focus on video cards? CREAF is still very much an PC-Audio play, no? In fact, the more video cards they sell, the worse its gross margin will get, it is nice to have product extensions, but I don't think video is a good place to be. CREAF must retain its leadership in sound cards for it to survive, based on the sales trend of SBLIve! I believe CREAF will continue to dominate the soundcard market. Not so sure about the CSW retail operation, though. Still too early to tell.

The DVD shortage may be a blessing in disguise, Q3 and Q4 revenues should be positively impacted if the shortage goes away, with many Taiwanese facilities ramping up production, that is likely to be the case IMO.

I am interested to hear more about your opinion on CREAF's Personal Digital Entertainment vision (or hallucination!)
