Well i am too lazy to translate all German <gg>; but you can see the keywords (#employees etc). It is a HUGE airport; I have been there once. I guess the JV between Debis and FRA might well be an outsourcing deal kind of thing of the airport to Debis. Like in the US, FRA owns a lot of operations at other airports in Germany. With the EC and the Euro; we will see a tremendous growth of scale of airports; i.e. German aiports taking over airports in other european countries. You have to be aware of the fact that until now airports in Europe are very much national businesses. This will change VERY FAST IMO. (b.t.w same goes for the banking industry; this integration in going on longer now than in other industries such as airports. Many takovers and JV's). just made some PR on the ITWO thread.. can't hurt i think ;-) techstocks.com
