Not yet, NW. I am looking for a back-up IP provider and figured I'd check with Bell Atlantic first. Here is the page from their web site where I saw the GSP [general service provider] mentioned. Its at the bottom of the page: bellatlantic.net When I called for an explanation of the GSP and to ask how it was determined if one would be accessed a set up fee or not, I was told about Bell Atlantic paying IBM $2/subscriber account/month. I spoke with a person who normally only deals with billing questions by existing customers--I finally gave up trying to find a number to punch to talk to a real person with general questions. Lynn
