he quality of the components are the SAME I'm afraid that you are wrong. My CD player is a Wearnes. What is a Wearnes? Flakey as hell...that's what a Wearnes is. My Monitor has blown up 3 times is two years (not the mark of high quality merchandise). (I've owned two Gateways in the past.
