This is just a case of fear begetting fear.

If DELL had posted .38/share, who would be clamoring about week old NAVR news about an extra 10 million shares?

There are only 2 questions to ask:

1. Is NAVR going ahead with the NetRadio IPO? Apparently the answer is yes following their "several weeks" press release and the Insider Selling SEC registrations.

2. Will NAVR go UP or DOWN on such an announcement? The answer is clearly "up".

So screw DELL. HP blew their numbers away. The same number of computers are being sold -- just that more have HP or Compaq stamped on their casing. BFD.

Besides, Mr. Short-King said not to hold NAVR short for more than 2 weeks -- and that was pushing it.
