Just picked up some shares plus an investors package. The
market cap is a little high now but is still cheap compared
to 3com. Looks like I've got a lot of reading for tonight.
If this routerless technology really works, then there
should be a lot of attention from wall street. Some
big names that come to mind that would be hurt by this are
3com,mrvc,alcatel,cisco etc.. Looks like this is the 2nd highest
volume day since 194k traded on Jan 29th.

Vince

PS If anyone in San Diego is interested, TGCC's office is
located at the corner of First St and Broadway in downtown
San Diego. It's in the Home Savings building on the 16th floor.

Paul,

My problem is not with the company which also would have benefited from a higher price. Just seems the timing was unfortunate or contrived. I'm also a little jealous since I had been bidding for stock in the 3.5 to 3.75 for a while and not getting hit until the drop in December. Based on the timing of today's release it had seemed reasonable that the deal priced in January or early February and had closed last week.

I did contact Susan Wilson and most of my questions have been answered as have yours. As usual, the company was responsive to shareholder inquiries.
