Was it you who posted sometime back that in the past the BC Gov awarded additional $ to the plaintiff for undue delay in proceedings?? How can this NOT be an issue here as well?

I was one of several and yes, this can be an issue! This is like a poker game and that is an ace up your sleeve...IMHO RKR has several ACES

1) Time is now on RKR side.

2) Presidents have been set and the use of independent assessments or appraisals are required(We have one)

3) Our CEO has a (LL.B) Law degree

4)The courts are on RKR side as "due compensation" has been dealt with on many issues.

5)The BC government don't want arbitration, the costs are too high<gggg> Here is where a Co. got double for "unusual delay"<gggg> got to like that.

IMKO we shall see, but I am Smiling----Big time...
