Brian:<<BTB: 1.38>>

Brian and Paul, as Paul pointed out the highest AMAT BTB ratio he can find is 1.41 on 01/01/1991. Brian, according to you, this quarter was 1.38 almost equalling AMAT's all time high. Do either of you have any thoughts on what this means, if anything, on having such a high BTB so early in this recovery? Jeff

Paul: From my BTB data going back to 1/1/91 the highest BTB # was 1.41.

Just my $.02
