Randy,

I DO understand the basics of investing. Nice try though!!! LOL

Let's see:

On your first point you admit the high number of outstanding shares, but fail to see it as an obstacle because BII can't even stay above $7.00 for a week let alone a month. The FLOAT is too damn big to cause the necessary squeeze man. And your example of other NASDAQ companies having the same # of outstanding shares is laughable. You forget that they are ALREADY on the NAS whereas BII isn't. As for restricted stock: What happens after they become "free-trading"?? I guess you haven't thought about that one yet have you??? What about the fact that less than 10% of BII shares are owned by insiders. Now that's faith in part of management. I DO understand the basics of investing.

On your second point, you are correct that NASD listing requirements do not demand strong insitutional support, but you are out to lunch if you think its not necessary to realize the kinds of valuations you dream of and the need to firmly shore up stock support to get it to NASD. Who's supporting them now Randy? Yorktownnnnnn!!! What a laugh? I DO understand the basics of investing.

On your third point regarding share dilutions. No I am not repeating myself as the dilution is ridiculous and prevents this turd from moving north in the fashion we would all like to see. I DO understand the basics of investing.

On your fourth point about spending to attain market share. How long do you think BII can continue this pattern before its access to financing is cut off. This is NOT Amazon pal. BII has not got the clout like their American competitors to walk into the banks and secure financing/PP's on a whim in a bid to become a "player" Their answer is more dilution as you can tell, and this can't go on for much longer. I DO understand the basics of investing.

On your fifth point regarding slim margins. Your a laugh by admitting it and then suggesting that the business-to-business end MAY, and I REPEAT MAY help the situation. LOL. I DO understand the basics of investing.

On your sixth point about profile. Another JOKE. J.O.K.E! Who really cares about being the volume leader day after day. What's it done for the share price lately Randy??? I DO understand the basics of investing.

And finally about alliances. The AOL deal is not going to last forever and is in fact due for renewal later on this year. Do you KNOW for a FACT that it will be renewed. This is BII's only major U.S. internet portal partner as Roger's lost Yahoo, and if they disappear, what's left and what access will BII have to the HUGE American market??? Let me guess. That little OTC company American Interactive Media! LOL

For your info Randy, all of the above is a liability for this company and although not specifically related to exact NASDAQ listing requirements, it makes the company less attractive in the eyes of many small and particularly LARGE institutional investors.

You gonna have to do better than my friend if you want to SHUT me down. Your tactics used on Doug aren't going to work with me and you can TAKE THAT TO THE BANK!
