Agree - see the stock split as a way to inflate the price, why else do you spilt a stock under $100, no logic. Hope is that on the sale off there will be buyers that want in on the split. (Have to hand it to Michael, great strategy) Then again he is no idiot, look at the insider report and what he has sold over the past year - if so great going forward why cash out!!!
