"Do you really think that BII has not applied for NASDAQ?"
An application for an Index listing is usually submitted after SEC approvals are obtained . No harm in getting your application in early for index but Nasdaq will not process till SEC approvals given. That is my understanding of the process.

Maybe you can explain all this talk the US has not heard of BII , Steve Harmon mentioned on several occasions, BII buys advertising on AOL , BII states 90% of revenue from US . Yesterday BII traded 700,000 shares US markets closed today 5.2 mill US markets open. UBID only traded 123,000 today .I just don't buy this talk US investors haven't heard or trade BII. Only thing is US day traders can't discount trade with BII, with a large float the day traders will possibly do more harm than good.

Randy,

They have upwards to two months of review before we know if they got listed for sure. Godin has rolled the dice, and the market has responded. It's no longer the big deal it used to be and its only an application. Bear in mind fool, that applications are just that. APPLICATIONS! They can just as easily be turned down as they can be approved and I am not concerned. Two months in the market is like an eternity during these volatile times.

I kind figured Godin would do this in the hope of boosting his crappy stock above that threshold. After all, this was supposed to be the BIG DEAL news we've all been waiting for, right? I just hope it doesn't backfire, because if it does, I'll be seeing you at a $1.00 sooner than you think. Shorting it all the way down baby!!!!
