El,
I don't think we will gap down anywhere close to Dell. This is where our low PE comes into play along with analyst's being strong on Compaq. We haven't been carrying an 80+ PE.

EL..The wire from Dow jones which I can't copy is reporting Dell is getting hurt by IBM and CPQ because they are linking PC sales with server sales putting Dell at a disadvantage.

Today's showing could give EP credibility when he said that CPQ was taking market share away from Dell. This is probably the best thing that could happen to CPQ. Dell will no longer be seen as the untouchable, which is a long term moral victory.

Also, now all those managers who just buy Dell, Csco, Intc, and Msft, may actually have to do some real work now. Imagine that.
