You can't be charged with harboring a felon if there was an aquittal. A felon is someone who was convicted.

By your definition, a jury or an attorney is harbouring a felon during a trial.

Sorry, but millions have died to protect our constitution which was created specifically to prevent exactly what you want to see in this case (and others I assume). Check your history and look at the judicial practices in England and the rest of Europe at the time of the revolution. Our founding fathers created the judicial system you seem to hate so much, to prevent the kinds of excesses you seem to want to bring back from the past.
