Interesting article. Doesn't seem to gibe with the announcements from Samsung and others that they're increasing their production estimates. Maybe these other companies are the ones buying up all the packages and testers. Thanks for posting it.

The translation of that article is.....be scared intel and give us some money like you did samsung and micron.

This certainly is shitty news. If it is true, we may be able to buy into RMBS at around $40 instead of the mid-$60s. I hope they can find a way around these problems.
