This one stinks.

But before long, it will be a good value play especially in the down
market. Merrill Lynch in a report dated Feb 12, 99 recommend buying
computer service stocks (they do not cover CHRZ though).

Computer Associate who is expanding its service arm desperately will
probably make an offer. It's also a good synergy to combine the
asserts of Keane and CHRZ considering the overlap of markets.
