I think there's 12-13 million shares fully dilluted plus whatever stock arrangement is made with J/L.

You've also left out the other properties which could also be huge.

Paunch, stop it before I electrocute myself salivating all over my keyboard. <VBG> Before we go nuts here, we need to know the actual resource size and cost for J/L recovery. MGAU management hasn't said that the values they showed were typical, or even average grades. I don't have any idea where or why they selected the ore they did, remember it was to prove the process, not the resource. MGAU has shown us a histogram of ore values on their webpage where the grades varied considerably and assays were much smaller, study the histogram. While this all looks very promising, don't mortgage the house yet, but enjoy the current ride. <VBG>

This thread sure sounds just like the naxos thread when we got our first numbers from J/L....everyone calculating reserves and stock prices......There is something you should keep in mind. Why do you think naxos didn't take Lett up on his offer? Most likely because he wanted quite a bit of cash and options before he gave proof. You have no proof. You have assay numbers. You don't really know much about how these numbers came to be.

I wish you the best. I hope J/L works and you can recover lots of gold....just be careful and learn from the mistakes that naxos made in the past.

Good Luck

Larry Macklin

PS...i picked up some MG at 50 cents and sold at 2.25....the J/L hype was a no brainer
