I agree. It looks like any possible SEC issue was defused by this restating. It does make this very hard to interpret with all the numbers changing. The loss looks like it is due to the $3.1 million charge for discontinued products. I told you I felt they would take some kind of charge. 1998 and Q4 was a golden opportunity for them to do so. R&D and SG&A are double over the year ago period. This is due to hiring all those UCSB scientists and engineers for their big switch out of the commodity switch image, and setting up their infrastructure for further growth. Before they were capacity constrained too.
