"Surprising that it passed by such a wide margin with all the hell being raised on the thread." Not so surprised that it passed. The "hell" that's raised on this board stays pretty much on this board. There probably is little more than curious interest by the company in the shareholders residing here. I think we flatter ourselves that there is real concern about what goes on in our discussions. I take nothing away from those who are trying to make JJ and company aware of our concerns, but I think they are just being polite to us. There may be a time for this company, but it's not just yet. For now I think there is money to be made elsewhere for use here after March of 2000. Pat
