Bob, the cases I cited involved accounting irregularities. Go check yourself. If you think you have heard the last of the accounting problems with PDX, I think you'll be in for a major shock. My prediction is PDX will be in single digits when the dust settles. Regards, Tom

Bob, Three lawsuits filed today. Charges include overstatement of revenues and earnings, issuance of materially false and misleading statements to artificially inflate stock price. These come after PDX was downgraded by BT Alex Brown, Hambrecht & Quist, and Morgan Stanley. I expect to see another half a dozen lawsuits in the next few days.
